Őrölt szezámmagot keverünk a zsemlemorzsához és abban forgatjuk meg. A juhsajtos paradicsomhoz a paradicsomot megpirítjuk,
hozzáadunk olajbogyót, bazsalikomot, fokhagymát, juhsajtot, pici tejszínt, őrölt borsot, a bacont csíkokra szeljük, úgy sütjük meg.
Hühnerbrust in Sesammantel, mit Tomaten und Schafskäse, Bacon und gedünstetem Jasminreis (wir mischen gemahlene Sesamkörner
